There are no prerequisites to apply for this course. But if English is not your first language then CIM demands that you provide an IELTS Academic Module with an overall score of 6.5 (each component pass being at 6.0 or above) or the Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English at grade B or above, achieved in the past 2 years. Other alternative qualifications may also be considered.

4. How is the exam conducted?

The exam is conducted in the form of two modules, both of which need to be passed to gain the credential. One is based on Marketing principles, which is a 90 minute exam, comprised of 50 multiple-choice questions. The second module is Customer Communications, which is assignment based and split into three tasks.
